AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions bill automatically until canceled
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate:

• Images of minors in any context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content depicting illegal activities
• Content that infringes third-party rights
• Deepfakes for deceptive purposes

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward staff or users
• At our discretion for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of transmitted data
• Specific results or outcomes

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
